For some destinations, health-related location forms must be filled in on arrival. The PFL (Passenger Locator Form) must be completed before your departure and will be required to board the plane. You can find all the information you need at https://www.diplomatie.gouv.fr/fr/conseils-aux-voyageurs/conseils-par-pays/.

If required, we can help you fill out the form. Price per passenger: 15€ (incl. VAT)

When you arrive at the airport: go to the “Prestations formalités & Services” counter (opposite Relay-Monop’daily). One of our staff will help you to complete the necessary PLF documents for your destination*

* Subject to availability and the boarding time outlined by the airline

Online assistance with your travel documents

An internet kiosk is available opposite the Information Desk to help you if you need assistance. You can use it to:

  • Find out about transport from Nantes Atlantique
  • Fill in your travel documents
  • Print documents from your webmail
  • Etc.
